Optimization of credit risk policy, improving the profitability of a credit product and increasing sales for one of the banks in Poland.
As part of the project, AMA Institute built scoring models, response models, COR (cost-of-risk) and LGD (loss-given-default) models and implemented a profitability management module.
The entire project was implemented by implementing the AMA-Kredyt Express©, consisting of a credit risk engine, a profitability management module, communication modules with multiple external systems and databases, as well as a module of an integration with the main production system.
The measurable result of the project was a significant increase in the profitability of new sales, keeping the risk levels at the pre-defined levels, as well as simplifying and reducing the time of sale and increasing customer satisfactions.
