AMA Institute designed a prototype of AMA BI Retail Management© product, defined analytical methods and developed an internal strategy for promoting this product on a mass scale within SME sector.
a. Development of customers’ demand forecasting model for an organization that offers diverse products, sold by a large chain of stores throughout Poland.1
AMA Institute based on an analysis of time series, developed a model that allowed forecasting customers’ demand for particular products with an accepted level of error.
b. Review of sales and other operational areas effectiveness, designing effective supply chain processes, and implementation of monitoring and Business Intelligence tools for a Retail company.
AMA Institute carried out an analysis of the existing operational and business monitoring processes for the whole sales network, and also conducted a mystery shopping research, both in the client’s and competitors’ sales stores. AMA Institute recommended development of: a model for defining optimal product prices, an optimal stocking model, an early warning system counteracting potential abuse and fraud, a system for effective business monitoring, as well as an implementation of appropriate customer service standards.
